What is Alamo SaveTime?

SaveTime is Alamo pre-rental registration service that travellers can use if they are going to the US and Canada, and it can be accessed on the car hire agents UK website (see below). This means that the rental agreement will have been completed before you arrive at the car hire counter and be printed ready for you to sign, so this reduces the queues and means you can start your holiday even sooner.

When can you do SaveTime?

Once you receive your final travel documents from us which will include your pre paid car rental voucher(around two weeks before travel)

What you will need when doing your SaveTime?

• Your Alamo confirmation number (this is the supplier confirmation number on your vehicle rental voucher)
• Driving Licence number, expiry date and country of issue
• Address
• Contact details
• Date of birth

To use Alamos save time please follow these simple steps. (You must follow the below link or your reference will not work)

• Log onto https://v1.alamo.com/index.do?action=/hotDealsTemplate&msg=alamo-intlSaveTime
• You will need to enter your Confirmation Number and Last Name (see example below)

• You will then need to follow the prompts on screen and enter your licence and other personal details.



• When completing Alamo Save time, please be very careful at the final stages. The options given are SAVE and EXIT or CANCEL - DO NOT click cancel, even if you wish to stop or not enter any more details please do not click cancel.
