Week 1: Cape Town

Day 1-3: Fly with Virgin Atlantic to Cape Town International Airport, where you will transfer to the 5-star Belmond Mount Nelson Hotel. The hotel is located in the heart of the city and is a perfect starting point for exploring the surrounding attractions. The hotel's stunning gardens, exceptional service, and convenient location make it the perfect base for your Cape Town adventure.

On your first day, take a leisurely stroll through the bustling Victoria and Alfred Waterfront. The Waterfront is a hub of activity and entertainment, with a wide range of restaurants, bars, and shops. You can also take a boat tour of the harbour or visit the Two Oceans Aquarium to see a variety of marine life.

Day two can be spent exploring the city's most iconic landmark, Table Mountain. The mountain is one of the New Seven Wonders of Nature and is a must-visit attraction in Cape Town. You can hike up the mountain, take a cable car, or even paraglide from the summit. Once you reach the top, you'll be rewarded with stunning views of the city and surrounding landscape.

On day three, take a trip to Robben Island, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and former prison where Nelson Mandela was held for 18 years. A ferry ride will take you to the island, where you can take a guided tour of the prison and learn about the history of apartheid in South Africa. The tour is an insightful and moving experience that provides a glimpse into the country's past struggles and triumphs.

Day 4-7: Spend the next few days exploring Cape Town's wine country. Stay at the 5-star Mont Rochelle Hotel, located in the heart of the Franschhoek Valley. The hotel is set on a working vineyard and offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains and vineyards. You can indulge in wine tastings, sample the local cuisine, and take in the beautiful scenery. Other activities in the area include hiking, horseback riding, and hot air balloon rides.

The Franschhoek Valley is known for its world-class wines and gourmet food, making it a must-visit destination for foodies and wine enthusiasts. Take a tour of the local wineries and sample the region's signature wines. You can also dine at some of the best restaurants in the country, many of which offer stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

Week 2: Safari

Day 8-11: After a few days of relaxation in Cape Town, it's time to head to the wilds of South Africa for a week of safari adventure. Fly to Hoedspruit Airport, where you will be met by a representative and transferred to the 5-star Kapama Private Game Reserve, which is located in the Greater Kruger National Park area. Kapama is home to a wide range of wildlife, including the "Big Five" (lion, leopard, elephant, rhino, and buffalo), as well as giraffe, zebra, and a variety of antelope species.

You'll stay at one of Kapama's luxurious lodges, each of which offers a unique safari experience. The lodges are designed to blend in with the natural surroundings and offer stunning views of the surrounding landscape. During your stay, you'll go on game drives in open vehicles to see the wildlife up close and personal. You'll also have the opportunity to participate in guided bush walks and enjoy an optional hot air balloon ride over the savanna.

Day 12-14:

On your last few days in South Africa, you'll continue your safari adventure in the Kruger National Park area. Transfer to the luxurious Sabi Sabi Private Game Reserve, where you'll stay at one of the 5-star lodges. Sabi Sabi is known for its exceptional game viewing opportunities and offers a variety of safari experiences, including morning and evening game drives and guided bush walks.

During your stay at Sabi Sabi, you'll have the opportunity to see a wide range of wildlife, including the "Big Five" and other predators such as cheetahs and wild dogs. You can also enjoy the lodge's luxurious amenities, such as the spa, swimming pool, and gourmet dining experiences.
