A favourite of our clients when on their Kauai holidays is taking a breath-taking helicopter tour around the Nāpali Coast and / or to Jurassic Falls! The Nāpali Coast is arguably the most amazing coastline in the world and seeing it from the air is an experience like no other and there is nothing like seeing panoramic views of the ancient Nāpali Coastline! You could also choose to take a boat trip along the Nāpali Coast to experience it how the original Polynesians would have all those years ago! Visiting Jurassic Falls or Manawaiopuna waterfall is an absolutely once-in-a-lifetime helicopter tour that will take you to the cascading 400ft waterfall, that you might recognise from the opening scene of Jurassic Park, that you would otherwise never see as it is not accessible by land!

We highly recommend hiring a car whilst in Kauai, and this is something Charter Travel can secure for you, as it will allow you to explore the island at your own leisure! This means you can explore the epic North Shore of Kauai and its picturesque towns, drive up to the stunning Waimea Canyon where you will be able to look out over the “Grand Canyon of the Pacific” from the various lookout points or even complete a couple of hikes around the canyon! Hiring a car on your 2022 Kauai Hawaii holiday or honeymoon will also allow you to explore many of Kauai’s famous and stunning beaches, such as the amazing Poipu Beach that caters for families, surfers, snorkellers, divers and swimmers alike! There are also some thrill-seeking activities to be done in Kauai such as one of the many ATV tours that are suitable for children and grandparents alike as you can drive the ATVs at your own pace and speed! Those wanting to be at one with nature in the Garden Isle will also want to kayak the Wailua River with a hike to Sacred Falls and go tubing through the old plantation canals deep in Kauai’s lush interior– this is a great way to experience untouched areas of Kauai, see iconic filming locations and feel at one with nature on this magnificent Polynesian island!
