Though many often refer to the Disney World as Disneyland Florida, Disneyland is actually in California. The Disney Resort in Florida is called Walt Disney World, which includes multiple parks like Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom. The cheapest months are typically January, February, and September, when crowds are lower and Disney offers more discounts on hotels and tickets. Though for families needing to stick to School Holiday times, late august will offer the cheapest packages of the Summer School Holidays, and October Half Term can offer cheaper deals.
Mid-January to mid-February, late April, and September tend to have the lowest crowds. Though, families often need to travel during the more busy times at Disney as they are stuck to the school holidays; to avoid the busiest crowds but still utilise the school holidays we recommend visiting the last 2/3 weeks of August, October half term and February half term.
Children under 3 years old get free admission to Walt Disney World parks. Children ages 3 and up require a ticket.
